GZK chimney flashing
GZK is a system chimney flashing which makes it possible to achieve a tight and aesthetically pleasing connection between the chimney and roofing. The specially designed and precision machined components ensure tight connection between the chimney and roofing and significantly reduce fitting time of the flashing.
The universal GZK chimney flashing allows cladding chimneys up 95cm in width and 180cm in length (dimensions measured along the roof). This is possible by means of adjustable elements of the flashing. When a chimney is smaller in size, sheet metal flange can be easily cut to measure.
GZK-AS chimney flashing is available in two fixed sizes to match the most popular chimney dimensions on the market:
GZK-AS 38 chimney flashing enables installation on the chimney with a fixed length of 38cm. The maximum chimney length measured along the roof must not exceed 100cm.
GZK-AS 51 chimney flashing enables installation on the chimney with a fixed width of 51cm. The maximum chimney length measured along the roof cannot exceed 100cm. In case of longer chimneys, it is necessary to apply an additional extension module GZM. It makes it possible to increase the length of GZK-AS chimney flashing by 1m or its multiplies.
Due to the fact that the standard length of GZK-AS side gutter is 1m, the application of such flashing depends on the real length of a given chimney “a” and roof pitch “α” . Below, are some examples of flashing applications (GZK-AS) with the maximum chimney lengths in the most popular roof pitches. If the c length exceeds 1m, GZM extension module should be used.

The properly profiled ready-made flashing elements provide for chimneys situated in the roofs with pitches between 15 and 70 degrees. The flexible apron at the bottom allows for applications in all types of roof coverings. The flashing is made of aluminium protected with modified polyester providing high durability and resistance to weather. Grey-brown colour RAL 7022 is offered at no extra charge and it goes well with most roofing materials. Metal cladding elements in RAL 7035, RAL 8019, RAL 9005 are available at an additional charge of 10%
Metal cladding elements in different RAL colours are available for a 60% surcharge.
