FAKRO, one of the largest suppliers of roof windows and loft ladders has enjoyed a hugely successful start to the spring trade show season with impressive display stands at various prestigious events across Europe. This was continued with their impressive stand at the recent Homebuilding and Renovating Show at Birmingham’s NEC.
The stand attracted a huge number of visitors over the four days including architects, house builders, self-builders and those looking to add an extension to their homes, and all were impressed with the range of high quality roof windows offered by FAKRO. However, the Derbyshire based manufacturer and distributor used the show to launch their new range of vertical windows and doors – the INNOVIEW range.
The beautiful new system took centre stage on the stand and drew attention from all who passed. INNOVIEW, which is a premium large scale window and door system, is expertly engineered combining wood and aluminium offering architects and home owners superior aesthetics, durability and choice. The FAKRO display at the NEC showcased a premium HST sliding patio door complete with a solar powered, remotely operated awning blind, and a beautiful triple glazed window with an innovative anti-smog blind.
Available using oak, meranti or pine the doors and windows can be styled using colours from the RAL spectrum on both the inside and external finish to give a luxury colour co-ordinated aesthetic to both new build and renovation projects. With all products “made to order” the exact specification required can be tailored to individual requirements.
The Homebuilding and Renovating Show was chosen to launch INNOVIEW in the UK because of its popularity with FAKRO’s core customer base and discerning homeowners alike, making 2018’s gathering the ideal event to showcase the obvious quality in both build and design of the system.
David Robertson, Commercial Director of FAKRO GB said – “We’ve been blown away with the response we’ve had, not only to INNOVIEW, which we always thought would be popular with the audience here at the NEC, but with all our other product demonstrations too. We’ve been rushed off our feet all week! But it’s great to be able to talk to customers old and new about how we can help.”
Also displayed on the FAKRO stand were DXW flat roof window, which allows the user to walk across its surface, and preSelect roof windows with their innovative switch operated top hung to centre pivot action and a complete range of loft ladders and accessories, all of which fought impressively for their share of the limelight.
