FAKRO top products at 37. Construma 2018
FAKRO, the vice-leader in the global market of roof windows presented its innovative products during the Construma 2018. The trade fair took place between 11-15 April, 2018 at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Fair Center. Innovative solutions such as the range of flat roof windows, including the walkable DXW window and the multicolour design of DEF ColourLine attracted a significant interest.
Construma Trade Exhibition is the largest event in the construction industry held in Hungary’s capital, Budapest. The surface of 44 000 m2 area gathered over 600 exhibitors, who presented their latest solutions. This year's edition of the event attracted more than 46 000 visitors.
"We presented our top products on the surface of 100m² stand. We had pleasure to show the whole range of FAKRO products adapted to the new building energy-efficiency regulations, which meet requirements of 2021 and 2018. Such as roof windows and FSR smoke ventilation window." - comments András Lányi, Marketing Manager at FAKRO Hungary.
Moreover, in accordance with current architectural trends featuring large glazed areas, FAKRO presented the FGH-V Galeria balcony window and the FDU-V Duet proSky. The glazing effect was extraordinary. Additionally, FAKRO presented the new preSelect2 top hung and pivot roof window. The sash in the preSelect² window is opened up to an angle of 45° which is nearly 30% compared to the preceding model. Unique design and applied hardware system make it possible to produce large-sized windows such as 134x160cm featuring impressive surface of 1,63m². This allows for better use of an additional space created in the attic and provides unrestricted view.
Naturally, the FAKRO stand demonstrated energy-efficient solutions, such as FTT U8 Thermo roof window and the LWT Passive House loft ladder.
The FAKRO stand caught an eye of the visitors with modern and multi-coloured design of the type F flat roof window in the ColourLine version (more than 200 colours to choose from the RAL Classic palette). The innovative design of electrically operated DEF window has been given prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2016. In addition, FAKRO stand offered a unique event aimed at showing resistance of the DXW flat roof window. With special design features such as enhanced load-bearing capacity and a lasting, non-slip coating allows the user to walk across its surface freely. To prove its extraordinary characteristics, the bicyclist not only rides across the DXW window, but also does acrobatics and jumps onto its surface.
FAKRO also presented a wide range of external and internal accessories designed both for roof and flat roof windows.
