New line of the D_Z flat roof window is based on design applied in type G windows. A specially constructed glass section with a slope on the outer surface allows drainage of water even when the window is fitted perfectly horizontally in relation to the roofline. Factory-installed angled glass section replacing a dome makes the window installation process quicker. The window is equipped with the P2 anti-burglary glazing unit as standard.
Excellent thermal insulation performance. Thanks to proven design of the window which is constructed of multi-chamber PVC profiles filled with insulation material, heat transfer coefficient for a whole window U-value is 0.95 W/m2K.
D_Z-A windows come with welded glass section to secure modern aesthetics, while D_Z-B windows are equipped with riveted glass section.
Glazing units
Windows are offered with safe P2 glazing unit having the internal pane anti-burglary class P2A. Should the pane crack, shards of glass do not pose a danger but remain on the laminate film. Anti-burglary P4 glazing unit with P4A class laminate is available as option.
Accessories
On request, windows are available with a factory-installed AMZ/Z Z-Wave awning blind under the glass section, thus providing a fully functional solution while saving time and limiting investment expenditures. The structure of the window enables installation of internal accessories.
Installation pitch
Installation possible from 0° without any additional elements that would increase the installation pitch to 15°.
Available sizes
Windows are available in 8 standard sizes from 60×60cm to 120×120cm. Upon request, windows can be manufactured in non-standard sizes in the range of 60×60 - 120×120cm. This enables D_Z windows to be used as renovation windows or applied in non-standard projects.
